About Me

Gerry was born a long time ago. A jack of all sports, a master of none, he's lived in several Canadian cities in three time zones.

He married well, has sons who enjoy sports and he helps where he can by coaching, convening, buying juice boxes or trying to not get in the way.

When not in the stands or behind a bench, he's on a GO train or working.

While not the most gifted blogger on the web, he gets enough feedback from other hockey/lacrosse/insert sport here dads and moms that he keeps feeding the goat.

When he retires he plans to win the Masters, wrest control of the Toronto Maples Leafs from current ownership and build a dynasty that will endure for decades, learn to speak French so that he can taunt Canadiens fans in their own language (once the dynasty's up and running), fix the eavestroughing on the house, and relax.

Retirement is a long way off.
